Al-Hadath Channel: IOHR says that there is no value in a military victory without a humanitarian victory

An interview with the director of the Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights, Mustafa Saadoon, on Al-Hadath TV, in which he talks about the Observatory's position regarding the declaration of military victory over terrorist organizations.

He stressed that the military victory has no value unless there is a humanitarian victory that restores the lives of civilians and provides them with the minimum requirements for a decent life.
